Dr Katy Jackson

Expert psychologist specialising in trauma, neurodiversity and the mind-body connection with a specialist interest in women’s health.

Trauma, ADHD/Autism & Women’s Health Specialist

I’m Dr Katy Jackson, a Health Psychologist and Psychotherapist with a specialist expertise in neurodiversity in the workplace, trauma, and women’s health.

My experience as a health psychologist and trauma therapist has given me a unique perspective on how well-being, nervous system regulation, trauma, and physical health interact.

Alongside my work with neurodivergent populations, I also focus on trauma, women’s health, anxiety, stress and burnout, chronic health issues, and concerns related to self-esteem and sense of identity.

Through therapy, neurodivergent coaching, and training, I help individuals and organisations improve resilience, emotional regulation, workplace wellbeing, and physical health. By combining psychotherapy and health psychology with somatic and holistic approaches, I can support both mental health and physical health concerns, offering integrative care that is evidence-based, practical, and compassionate.
