Dr Katy Jackson

Expert psychologist specialising in trauma, neurodiversity and the mind-body connection, with a specialist interest in women’s health.

Trauma, ADHD/Autism & Women’s Health Specialist

I’m Dr Katy Jackson, a Health Psychologist and Psychotherapist with specialist expertise in trauma, women’s health, and neurodivergence, bringing clinical depth alongside corporate insight.

My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how emotional regulation, stress, trauma, and physical health are interconnected, and how these patterns are held in both mind and body. I support individuals whose difficulties affect mental, physical, and nervous system health, recognising that these often overlap and influence one another, and can be shaped by earlier experiences.

Alongside my work with neurodivergent individuals and trauma, I specialise in anxiety, stress and burnout, chronic and complex health conditions, and challenges related to identity and self-esteem.

Through therapy, neurodivergent coaching, and training, I offer evidence-based, compassionate, whole-person care that integrates psychological therapy with body-based and nervous system approaches to support both mental and physical health.
