I offer therapy, neurodivergent coaching, webinars, and workshops that make psychological insights accessible, practical, and tailored, whether you’re an individual, a leadership team, HR professional, or an employee navigating workplace challenges. 

I’m recognised for offering clear, practical insights that make complex psychological ideas easy to understand and apply. My sessions are interactive and collaborative, aimed at deepening knowledge, building on strengths, and developing realistic strategies for change. 

Drawing on my background in psychotherapy and Health Psychology, I integrate mind and body through approaches such as trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, CBT, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, psychodynamic therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed) practice.  

I ensure my work is always evidence-based with a compassionate, human touch.

Training & Workshops

With over 30 years of clinical and therapeutic experience, my workshops bring psychological insight into the workplace in a way that is both evidence-based and practical. They are ideal for managers, HR, and health care professionals seeking to embed inclusive, resilient workplace practices. 

I provide online or in person sessions, which are designed to be interactive and collaborative, giving teams space for reflection and discussion. The workshops are tailored to your organisation or team, with a focus on implementing sustainable change regarding what matters to you.
